Fulflood Liveable Neighbourhood: Consultation closes on Sunday

Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council have been working with people who live in Fulflood to develop a plan for a “liveable neighbourhood”. Cycle Winchester has engaged with the process of developing this plan since 2024.

The councils have now brought forward proposals and opened a public consultation which closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 22nd March.

Cycle Winchester strongly supports the concept of liveable neighbourhoods, and we have submitted our feedback, which you can read here.

We would encourage our supporters to submit their own, personal response, and we are publishing sample text which you can easily cut and paste into the consultation questionnaire.
