Cycle Winchester will hold its first Annual General Meeting at The South Downs Social, Kings Walk, Winchester, on 6th February. Doors open at 7pm, meeting commences at 7.30pm and we aim to finish by 9:30pm.
The meeting will be a mixture of the formal business of the AGM, some insight into current campaigns, some light-hearted activities, and a chance to socialise. There will be light snacks, and the opportunity to buy drinks from the South Downs Social bar.
We want to make this an inclusive and fun event, so we invite you to attend, even if you are not a member. Only members of at least one-month’s standing will participate in any votes, but there is plenty for all to enjoy.
